Fired Teacher Stacie Halas Supported by Oxnard residents

Fired Teacher Stacie Halas Supported by Oxnard residents

Few days ago, an issue came out online about a teacher who has been fired due to engaging in po*rn activities. The teacher is Stacie Halas, who taught at Haydock School.

But now some people in Oxnard are now supporting Stacie Halas, they disagrre with the decision of firing or terminating Stacie Halas. See below their sentiments regarding Stacie Halas termination:

In letters sent to the Ventura County Star, residents say they disagree with the Oxnard school board’s decision to terminate Halas, who taught at Haydock School.

Margaret A. Long: “Certainly, our students are losing a woman who is undoubtedly a good teacher. Most people have things in their past that they have either done themselves or with others that they would not want publicized as you have done to this poor teacher.”
Sherri M Gardner: “Her private life should have no bearing on her employment as a teacher as long as she was not engaged in criminal activity. While it does not matter what she teaches, the reality is, we have far too few qualified science teachers as it is.”
Marc Wilde: “From what I can tell, her teaching abilities are not in question, and she did not violate any code of conduct or morality clause during her employment. I’m sure there are lawyers lined up outside Ms. Halas’ house pleading ‘Pick-me, pick-me!’”
